Q: Will the Sleepy Time Headrest fit most car seats?

A: Yes. The headrest is designed to work with all baby carriers, car seats and booster seats with backs on them, wheelchairs, and feeder seats. Click here for installation instructions.

Q: Is my child too old?

A: Every child should be in a car seat or booster according to NHTSA(National Highway Transportation Safety Administration). Click here for the NHTSA Car Seat Recommendations.

Q: Is the headrest confining?

A: No. It supports under the child’s chin and keeps the head and neck in proper alignment and puts no stress on the throat or neck.

Q: Will it interfere with the car seat straps?

A: No. The headrest doesn’t interfere with the straps at all.

Q: What size should I purchase?

A: Generally speaking, the Infant Headrest works for children up to 24 lbs. The Child Headrest works for children 25 lbs to 60 lbs. The Adult Headrest works for anyone over 60 lbs. Children should weigh at least 15 lbs before using the hook and loop closure.

Q: What if my child has a unique situation that may require a customized solution?

A: We love to provide customized solutions for our customers. Just contact us and let us work with you and make you the perfect headrest.

Q: How should I care for my headrest?

A: Wash in cold water, gentle cycle. Dry on very low heat or air dry.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Your satisfaction is our goal. We are committed to providing you with a high quality product at a terrific value. However, if you have a unique situation and need additional assistance, please notify us and give us an opportunity to provide a customized solution for your particular need.  We do offer returns or exchanges for unused products less than 30 days old that are in resalable condition. Just contact us for the authorization process.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and PayPal.

Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?

A: Yes. We ship to many destinations all over the world. Just enter your shipping address in the order screen and it will tell you if we can ship to your location. It will also give you the corresponding shipping rates. Please note: The shipping rate shown does not include any applicable customs charges (i.e.:duties and taxes) that may be assessed by the customs/government agency of the destination country. If you wish to order more than two headrests at a time please contact us for international bulk rate pricing.
